What’s Included:

• Detailed lab work performed before your visit to provide a complete view of your health status. This can be performed at my office and is included in the cost. My goal is to limit barriers to meeting your healthcare goals. 

• A 60–90-minute one-on-one session with Kate, discussing symptoms, objectives, lab findings, and available treatment options, including various program tiers.

• Expert guidance on supplements and actionable lifestyle changes to enhance your health from the outset.

• A customized health profile and step-by-step clinical care roadmap, designed uniquely for your needs.

Following this session, options open for participation in specialized programs, from weight management to hormonal health (including perimenopause, menopause, and men’s programs). The cost of the initial consultation is credited to your account toward any future programs.
